Es sei dir verziehen.

Re: Der ultimative snes mod - Ultra 16
Well, Christian, I don't think your words were too harsh at all. I have bought/sold/traded stuff online hundreds of times, both within the Netherlands and internationally, but Spartaner13 was one of the worst people to communicate with thus far.
When I found out that he had his Ultra16 for sale, I immediately sent him a private message on this forum. He replied that he had received an offer of 150 euros, but that he still had the system in his possession. So I offered him 175 euros, or other rare Nintendo items (such as a mint and boxed Satellaview system, or a PAL Starfox competition cart). He replied quickly that that was okay, but wanted to know if I also had any rare Zelda items. I replied that I didn't have any Zelda rarities, and wanted to know if he agreed with the 175. I sent him multiple private messages, and an e-mail through supernes.de, but didn't hear from him again, although he logged in here multiple time a day and posted some messages too.
Eventually, he posted a message here in this thread directed to somebody else that he already sold the Ultra16. Not having heard anything I sent him a message again, asking to whom he sold it and what was going on. He replied that he didn't think the 25 euros extra was worth the trouble. So I replied that he should've just told me, and that I'd just increased my offer to 250 euros if I knew this. Suddenly, he replied he hadn't sold it yet, and that he wanted to sell it to me. Also, he said that he needed to tell the other bidder that it was broken (why not just be honest?!).
Anyways, he agreed with my offer. Since the communication was pretty vague I didn't really wanted to just transfer the money and hope for the best. I therefore offered to come to Germany (I live in the Netherlands) to pick up the system. I asked on around Monday if he would be at home the next Sunday. About two days later I got a reply that he had a better idea: he would put the system on Ebay and I could offer 250 euros there. Being a little bit annoyed about the constantly changing messages, and the dishonest way of communicating/ignoring I said that I just wanted to pick it up for 250. Never heard from the guy again...
Just wanted to let you guys know, so be aware if you're planning to buy anything from this guy.
Fortunately, today I received an Ultra16 (number 49) that I bought from a user on this forum called Grinder. Excellent communication, perfect packaging/shipping, the way it should be!
PS: I thought I'd just type in English right away now. My German sucks just too hard.
I do understand pretty much anything written in German though, so please continue in German.

I'm not seeing what's so strange about offering to pick up the system for 250 euros. I do find ignoring someone out of nowhere when you're in the middle of negotiations somewhat strange. Telling people the system broke after finalizing a deal too. It would've been fine with me if you would've just replied you were going to sell it to the other bidder. Just pointing that out. I hope you'll take that into account if you deal with other people in the future.
Anyways, let's talk about more important matters.
I tried out the Ultra16 today, and it's really amazing! The Satellaview feature really works like a charm, and Super Mario RPG boots as well. Has anybody found out about any games that don't work yet?

)
)

No hard feelings to you, Undead, of course. I hope you still paid the price for it that you originally offered.
Regarding the friends: my Ultra16 didn't have any friends unlocked yet, so I quickly tried to attach some peripherals/games. I kind of cheated (not on purpose)...
SPOILERS below
When I connected my multitap to the second controller port I unlocked the SNES mouse! I also unlocked the Satellaview modem and FX chip so far. I also tried Mario Kart for the DSP chip and some SA-1 games, but no luck on those. I still have to try my Super Scope, and maybe a convertor and copybox, but other than that I am still in the dark what other friends there could be. It's fun to find out myself though, so I won't read your list derBozz.
