"We detected some collision issues in the beta testing, but we have addressed those. The game is getting close to completions, and here is an updated video showing a sample of each level, and comparing the game to the original Justice Beaver game. You can see how much it's changed. We need to still add some more enemies which won't take long, and we're addressing the swimming mechanic as well. Please ignore the white line that appears on the first stage at the top, that is the capture device causing that. It doesn't appear normally, just like the other levels.
We'll continue to keep everyone updated, and rest assured that we are dedicated to get this game done as soon as we can.
Thank you,

Grad rausgekommen ...
Here is an video showing the progress for Justice Beaver. Since the last update the programmer has been focusing on a lot of little details including the controls, ironing out the enemies, etc. We've got to make sure that the game is solid and handles well before we put into production. Once it's done it's done, and there is no patching. He had to step away for a bit to focus on some other things going on in his life, however he's back at programming Justice Beaver, and the next project for him is to fine tune the bosses and some complex enemies in the game.
The main engine at this point is complete for the game, and outside of the few tweaks, some complex enemies, and the boss, the game will be done. When this game is done, it will be the most advanced SNES homebrew to date, and we're excited how the game looks and plays so far. The underwater effect is particularly cool.
We 100% greatly appreciate everyone's patience, support, and understanding. We never anticipated that this project would have taken so long to complete and work on. It's been a challenge programming for the SNES (reason you don't see many new SNES homebrews), however we've learned a lot, and we're determined to see this game to the end, and release a game that we'll be proud of, and that you'll enjoy playing.
We'll continue to post updates (more frequantly) as we get closer and closer to the end.
