Does the Satellaview Expansion theoretically work on non-japanese Consoles?
Also, it would be great to see somebody making a new networking interface for the SNES. I know it sounds absurd, but I never thought to have video playback on my console on now there it is, thanks to the sd2snes. So maybe a SNES enthuasists wins several millions and decides to develop a network interface. Dreaming is not forbidden (yet)....

Yes, most probably. The power source is the console itself and the strenght of the electricity given out by the console should be international normed. Anyway, the console needs to be modded to play NTSC games on 60hz I guess since soundlink games and audio are timed in 60hz and the BS-X cartridge got a regionprotection. Maybe kiddo or Seru-Kun can give more specific information about this. Anyway, the main body of the satellaview is not functional and useless without a proper signal which exists nowhere in the world at the moment. ;)

I edited the satellaview scans I made a while ago. Grab and share it, but don't forget to credit our site for it.

I will have a flick through them (my Japanese is pretty poor to read tbh) but if anything looks worthwhile I'll give it a quick scan.
